Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will also receive a tracking number along with the carrier used to ship your order. 

Local delivery is available at a rate of $5 for all orders within a 10 mile radius of our two locations. If your order qualifies, based on the delivery address you provide, you will see this local delivery option at checkout. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day and time of our arrival. 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Montebello and Riverside locations. You will have access to pick up locations at checkout. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We also provide same day shipping and pickup. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
