Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Hot Girl Lingerie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with the carrier, then Hot Girl Lingerie can assist in filing a complaint and opening up a claim with the service. Items may be replaced based on a case by case basis.
